Contractors and organisations that need CHAS to meet tender, customer or approved-supplier requirements. Support is available for first applications, renewals, upgrades and applications that have received assessor queries.

INDEPENDENT SUPPORT
CHAS provides assessment services and information about its requirements. Morgan Compliance Group is an independent consultancy supporting businesses with the practical work needed to prepare and demonstrate their arrangements.
CHAS explains its assessment requirements, reviews submitted evidence and makes the accreditation decision through its own processes.
We tailor documents to your actual work, can visit site where appropriate and focus on records that prove arrangements are implemented, rather than supplying generic templates alone.
We begin by confirming why CHAS is required, the membership package requested and any applicable deadline. We then review existing health and safety arrangements, insurance information, competence records and operational evidence against the relevant requirements. Gaps are explained clearly and any agreed documents are prepared to reflect how the business genuinely operates, rather than being created solely for upload.
Our consultancy supports, but does not replace, your legal duties. CHAS makes accreditation decisions independently. Read our Terms of Service.
OUR APPROACH
Confirm whether the requirement relates to a first application, renewal or upgrade, together with the required package and deadline.
Review current policies, arrangements, insurance information, competence records and supporting evidence.
Agree priorities and prepare or update proportionate documents and records within the agreed scope.
Organise the evidence for submission and support responses to assessor queries and future renewal planning.
