Daniel's Approach

Daniel introduced a structured improvement programme across health and safety, accreditation and management systems.

The work included reviewing existing controls and evidence, identifying priority gaps, improving management ownership, and building a more consistent Integrated Management System across the organisation. Particular focus was placed on accreditation readiness, internal compliance monitoring, corrective-action management, site-level accountability, and preparation for external certification and assessment.

The approach was deliberately practical. Existing processes were retained where they worked, weaknesses were addressed, and documentation was developed around how the business actually operated rather than building a theoretical management system.

What Made the Difference

The improvement didn’t come from producing documents solely for audits. The focus was on connecting accreditation requirements, health and safety management and ISO systems with day-to-day operations. Clear ownership, measurable actions, consistent documentation and regular review meant compliance became easier to manage and easier to demonstrate externally — often the difference, for a growing business, between repeatedly reacting to audits and operating a system that supports the organisation year-round.
